IET Services India Private Limited (“IET India”) is a private limited company
incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Institution of Engineering and
Technology, England and Wales (“IET UK”), with an objective to enable IET UK
market, distribute and sell services relating to science, engineering and technology to
persons who have become members of IET UK in India, India by virtue of subscribing
to memberships offered by the IET UK.

As part of its activities, IET India is hosting a one-of-a-kind tech-first event called
the
‘Future Tech Congress’ on September 2, 2024 (the “FTC”)
to inter alia discuss the future of emerging technologies and issues related to customer
service and consumer understanding. This shall include:

understanding the value that blockchain and NFTs add to accelerating supply
chains;

delving deep into the fintech-geared insights enabled by the Internet of user
behaviour; and
-
exploring the various aspects of operating in an anomaly economy, and
changing bottle-necks to opportunities using tech.

Party (ies) that wishes to register for FTC will hereinafter be referred to as
“Delegate”.

The information provided on this site is provided to you subject to the following
notices,
terms and conditions and your right to use the website is expressly conditioned upon
your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Pre-registration Deadline and Cancellation/Refund Policies

Early registration deadline

Regular registration rates begin to apply from [02 September 2024]

IET India cancellation/ postponement of FTC

2.1
If IET India cancels FTC, Delegate will be offered a full refund of the delegate
registration fees
-
2.2
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, FTC has the
right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new,
future date

Registration cancellation by Delegate

3.1
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for
your registration is 30 business days before FTC.

3.2
50% of the delegate registration fee shall be refunded if the cancellation is done prior
to the deadline of 30 days.

3.3
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

3.4
Refunds will not be available for Delegates who choose not to attend an event.

3.5
Cancellation request shall be made in writing by email to [email protected] and
must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Refund Procedure

4.1
All refund requests must be made by the Delegate.

4.2
Refund requests must include the name of the Delegate and/or transaction number.

4.3
Refunds will be credited back to the original source/card/UPI used at the time of
payment for the registration within 21 working days from the date of refund
confirmation
There is no other situation under which FTC will provide a refund, except for the
condition expressly mentioned above under this Refund Policy.
These above policies apply to all FTC events unless otherwise noted in the
corresponding event materials. Please read all individual and event information
thoroughly.
